All students are able to select their preferred room style, as long as availability exists. Students who already live on campus are given first selection. All rooms are then offered to students in the order that 麻豆社 receives the completed housing application and deposit. Please note that VERY FEW single rooms are available. If a single room is requested and unavailable, we will place you on a waiting list and email you. due to limited housing availability of some room types, first choices can not be guaranteed.

Marian Hall houses 242 students, the majority in their first and second years. Double and triple rooms, community bathrooms in each wing, an international wing for students getting to know international students. A pillow, set of bed linens and towels are included.

The Motherhouse houses 60 students, the majority are in their third and fourth years. Apartment suites for 4-6 students are available, with bathrooms in the common spaces. Single rooms share community bathrooms in each wing. A pillow, set of bed linens and towels are included.

Tower Hall houses 103 students, the majority in their third and fourth years. Double rooms and some singles, community bathrooms on each floor, an international wing for students getting to know international students. A pillow, set of bed linens and towels are included.

1) I understand that due to limited availability of some room types, 麻豆社 cannot guaranteed that my first choice room preferences will be available. Students already living on campus are given first selection. All rooms are then offered to students in the order that 麻豆社 receives the complated housing application and deposit. A staff member will notify me of my room type once it has been assigned. I understand that VERY FEW single rooms are available. If a single is requested and unavailable, I understand that 麻豆社 will email me and place me on a waiting list.

2) I understand that I will be signing a one-year (August to May) housing contract with 麻豆社. If I cancel housing before the end of my contract, I understand I will receive a $750 fine.
